Stacy - Office Manager

Stacy combines her knowledge of people with her past managerial experience in a medical office to effectively coordinate all employee and business operations. In addition to her responsibilities as Office Manager, she is also a Registered Medical Assistant. Stacy has managed other large medical practices and has enjoyed many different areas of medicine, but specifically enjoys the Plastic Surgery field.

Kimberly - First Assistant
and Plastic Surgery Nurse

As a patient coordinator and nurse, I will be available to answer all of your questions and help you in your decision making process. You will meet me at your consultation, work with me at your pre-operative and post operative appointments, and I will be assisting Dr. Millard in your surgical procedures. I will help you in every stage of your Plastic Surgery experience. I graduated from The Medical College of Georgia. I have 18 years of Critical Care and Surgical Nursing experience. I am also a qualified and highly trained surgical first assistant. I am here to answer all of your questions, before and after your surgery, as well as assist Dr. Millard in all procedures. I am happily married and have two sons. I am extremely active and energetic and as you will get to know, very passionate about my work. I sincerely enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. I personally believe Plastic Surgery is an option for everyone. My dedication and strong belief that Dr. Millard is the best surgeon for you will have you feeling very confident in your decision to become part of our practice. I look forward to meeting you.

Kori - Patient Coordinator

Kori received her bachelor’s degree from Regis University in Health Care Administration & Medical Imaging Management. She has worked in various areas of the medical field for over 15 years and is currently working towards her nursing degree. She will be one of your contacts through your consultation process, as well as, schedule your surgery. She will be happy to answer any questions that you may have in order to assist in your decision towards cosmetic surgery.

Mandy - Clinical Receptionist

Mandy graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Kinesiology. She most likely will be the first person you speak with when you call and the first step in the process. Her goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible when you walk through the door. Mandy has an extensive administrative background in the medical industry and is looking forward to making sure you have a wonderful experience.

Lara - Medical Administrative Assistant
and Clinical Receptionist

Lara has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing her nursing degree. She utilizes her knowledge of people to make you feel comfortable from the moment you step into our office. Lara will often be the first person you speak with and will be happy to help answer any questions you might be having about a procedure or surgery.

Nicole - Patient Coordinator
and Marketing Assistance

Nicole graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Exercise and Health Science. She will be happy to answer any questions that you may have about skin care and cosmetic procedures. She truly enjoys the one-on-one interaction with patients and assisting them with any of their needs. Nicole is also actively involved in marketing for the practice.

Liz - Nurse Anesthetist, C.R.N.A.

Liz joined the practice in 2000 and brings with her more than two decades of experience including international teaching in over 15 countries. Liz works side-by-side with Dr. Millard in all surgical cases requiring anesthesia and brings with her a broad spectrum of experience. She is extremely skilled in her profession and patients rave about her attitude and dedication. Liz is proud to be a board member of Operation Smile.
